During a recent family trip to Bossost, we enjoyed a splendid stay at Hostaltina, which served as a cozy sanctuary amidst our outdoor adventures. The rooms were simple yet exceedingly comfortable, featuring stunning river views and great ventilation due to the clever window design-perfect for a summer escape. Each morning, we were treated to an incredible breakfast that included fresh local ingredients, which easily fueled our hiking and canyoning excursions recommended by our attentive host, Señor. The convenience of free WiFi and a welcoming shared lounge complemented our experience, creating a lovely ambiance for relaxation after a day of activities. Dining at La Trastienda restaurant was an absolute highlight; we savored delicious local dishes, including the remarkable Olla Aranesa soup, paired with fine Spanish wine-a true culinary gem! Hostaltina provided an exceptional base for our family adventures, and I can't recommend it highly enough for fellow travelers seeking comfort, delicious food, and outdoor excitement in a picturesque setting. We are already dreaming of our next visit!
